At Hope Wellness Center, we understand the importance of community living and support for adults aged 18 and over. Our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) program provides personalized support and training services to individuals who reside in a provider-controlled living unit.
Our ICS program offers support in community living service categories, including cueing, skill maintenance, guidance, instruction, and assistance with activities of daily living. We also provide assistance with coordination of community living activities and direct supervision, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to thrive in their daily lives.
We believe that everyone has the potential to grow and improve, and our ICS program is designed to help individuals acquire, retain, and improve their experience living in the community. Our training services are designed to meet the specific needs of each individual and include skill-building and instructional services.
At Hope Wellness Center, we work with clients who live in a self-contained living unit with living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and bathroom areas. Our ICS setting is a provider-controlled setting in which the provider has an approved setting capacity report and direct or indirect control over the client’s living unit. This control is achieved through ownership, operation, or leasing of the living unit, or through a direct or indirect financial interest in the property or housing.
Our ICS program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing support and training to individuals in their living unit or in the community. Our goal is to help individuals live their best life and achieve their full potential.
